Hi there,

Let me introduce myself. My name is Debbie and I qualified in Reflexology in early 2022 after studying at The Manchester School of Massage. I am fully insured and have a current up to date DBS.

Reflexology can be done on the hands aswell as the feet by using “thumb walking” over and under the foot/hands. Manipulating certain pressure points and stimulating the nerve endings. All this is done with light pressure so it is very relaxing.
